Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Boiling vegetables in a pot of water is a boring way to eat them.
To make vegetables interesting, you have to put in a little effort.
Stuffed mushrooms are one of the vegetable-based side dishes I make on a regular basis.
The good thing is that even if you use large mushrooms, the stuffing only requires a SMALL AMOUNT of ingredients.
